Chesterfield County Animal Shelter on Goodale Road, Chesterfield, SC
This animal shelter is run by the Sheriff, and manned by prisoners. The Sheriff had the shelter added to his budget, and does NOT like it. Odds are the bullets used were probably law enforcement issued too.

"On Friday morning, Debbie Farhi dug up a dog in a pit across the street from the Chesterfield County Animal Shelter on Goodale Road. She told Eyewitness News she heard from shelter employees that they had taken several dogs to the area and shot them."

Dirty dog

This isn't a good picture, but it demonstrates how dirty she got...Artie let her swim in the stream behind our house and then play in a dirt pile...big mistake! This was soon after we put her in the tub...it took a good 45 minutes to get most of the mud out of her fur. What a mess!
